Before You Start

• Confirm your institution/company has a contract with VitalSource.
  • If you do not, please contact our support department who will put you in touch with a VitalSource Account Representative.
• Setup your Google OpenID Connect environment

VitalSource Integration

VitalSource will need the following information provided in a Shared Secret Link:

• Client: (e.g. alpha_numeric_string.apps.googleusercontent.com)

• Client Secret: 

• Hosted Domain: 

After VitalSource receives the information, we will configure the integration and provide you with a unique URL which will be your integrations’ pathway into VitalSource Launch, and onwards to VitalSource Bookshelf content.

Note: Google OpenID Connect can always be used to integrate Google Classrooms with VitalSource Bookshelf.
